🗓️ Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if requested within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
The product must be returned in the same packaging (box, seal if present, accessories, tags).
Perfume may be opened and tested, but use must not exceed 4 ml. If the product appears used beyond 4 ml or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.

📦 How to Request a Return
Contact us at KalemaPerfume1@outlook.com ✉️ or +20 112 844 102 📞 within 15 days and provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if claiming damage or defect)

We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for a change of mind or other non-defect reason, the customer pays return shipping.

🔍 Inspection & Refund
Once the returned item is received, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If the product meets our policy (original packaging, ≤ 4 ml used, no customer-caused damage), we’ll issue a refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
If the item fails inspection, we’ll contact you to either return it back to you or offer a partial refund depending on its condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used beyond 4 ml or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards and final sale items.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return + new order. Contact support to arrange.
